Hi-tech Estates & Promoters (P) Ltd bearing Reg. No.15-05577 dt. 17.12.1998 started its Kunja Vihar project with aim to provide plots in low cost to the people of Orissa in bhubaneswar. Seeing the demand, company has expanded its project under Rajdhani Systems & Estates bearing Reg. No-15-05778 dt.20.05.1999 sister concern of HI-Tech estates under this company has started 5 projects i.e. Puspanjali Enclave, Kalyan Vihar Ph-1, Kalyan Vihar Ph-II, Bhagya Nagar & Brundaban Farm House (at Batamangala, Puri). Besides the above project both the companies has march forward to provide plotted lands in 12 deferent project.
Along with the above projects company thinks to provide technical facilities to people of Orissa. Keeping the eye on technical education company has started engineering colleges
named, Konark Institute of Science & Technology (KIST),
Hi-Tech Engineering college (HEC), Hi-Tech institute of
Technology (HIT) under Vidya Sagar Charitable Trust, Jatni. Besides this company has ventured to start one private Medical College & Hospital
as Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital which is first private medical college & hospital in the state of Orissa. |
